Email user's password seems to only be active for a few weeks

Hi support, I have a second email account I use for my hobby. For some reason lately I have had to reset the password every couple of weeks or so. Why is my password not being recognized. I also no longer see where I can manage my email accounts. where has that link gone? Thanks,
