Email transfer

I have been a cox customer for over 25 years, I am getting remarried. she has been a cox customer for over 25 years. I want to keep my cox email address, she does not use cox email, she is smarter than me. I have been trying to transfer my email address to her account. I have been told several times that it is not possible. so I want to transfer all my cox stuff over to her address and assume her account, ok but she will loose her phone number, that will be a problem. I am just thinking that anything is possible it is just getting the right person that want to help. also a lot of people have been very nice about it but they cannot help. and will not let me talk to some one that can help. they just say sorry and have a good day. the people in the local store have been very nice too, but will not give me an answer. just we will get back to you. I sold my house and as soon as the new people get connected to cox I will loose my email. I thing some type of dish is in my future. can anyone give me a number that some can help me please  thanks much  T green
