Email support
I have a problem with my account and have been looking through this website for twenty minutes trying to just find an email I can send my issues to but can't find anything. Tried to do a chat, and it just takes me to a blank screen.

Cox offers free phone support for email problems. They have been very helpful. Use the same phone number that someone would use to sign up for Cox internet or tv in your city. You have to wait thru a long menu but you'll get help.
