email support

I've been having a problem with my email since the server upgrade.  What address should I email a description of my problem to?

I guessed and sent it to postmaster@cox.net - does a human read those or is it just a robot?

I also tried support@cox.net but that's not a valid address.

    Hi Sundancerman,

That would require a 3rd party program of sorts, that would allow you to transfer all of those messages at once to a different email address. The only other way would be to forward those messages to the new address; I'd recommend setting up Mail Forwarding so those messages go to the new address.

    Hello Elliot,

You can send an email by entering the address when you compose an email. If you do not have an email application that is setup to send and receive email you would not be able to click on the address and have it open up to a new message window.
