Email Stopped Working
I have two cox email accounts & one account has stopped working. I have changed my password already. I can log in online, but the one account hasn't received new emails in days. On my phone, I keep getting a "sign in failed" notice, even though I have typed in my new password. On my phone, when I go to email settings & try to log in the message is; "An incorrect username or password has been entered, or POP3/IMAP access is not turned on for this account. Check your account settings or contact your service provider". Again, my other cox email account is working fine on both the computer & my phone. I need to get this fixed. Please advise.
