Email replies

I'm helping my mom on her email account and couldn't figure this out myself. She wants to reply to emails that I send to a group but "quick reply" still copies everyone and of course "reply all" does also. Is there a way she can reply without having to delete all the names? Thanks for any help.

    To ensure that we are providing you with accurate information, is this through webmail via the cox.com site or is she using an email client? Also, do you know if she has the new platform?
