email problems

Hello - For the past several days I have not been able to send/receive email.  My homepage shows my quota is 100%, but I don't see many emails to delete, so I am confused.  It is also very slow, which I am not sure is related.  Thanks, Lois

    Hi Lois,

    In Webmail, do you have anything in your Trash folder?  If so, please empty that folder.  Let us know if you're still experiencing the issue.
