email password?

I have a 2nd email under my account that quit working Thursday.  it says that my username or password is incorrect.  But Im pretty sure its not.  How do I fix that?  Can you reset my password and send me a temp or something?

    You can change the password yourself by signing in with the primary account and going to Internet Tools/Manage Internet Addresses.  That will allow you to change the password on any user in the account.

    Forrest P, I have removed the email address in the original post just to protect it's privacy though that address is not active and if you do want to add it  you can log into the primary account on our Internet Tools site here. If you do not know the primary login we can take a closer look if you want to email us at cox.help@cox.com to verify and access the account.
