email on iphone

I can't send emails from my iphone (carrier ATT).  Receive error message - "Cannot send mail - a copy has been placed in your Outbox. The recipient was rejected by the server because it does not allow relaying."  It does this for all outgoing emails on phone not on laptop.

    Which server settings and port numbers are you using for the outgoing server?
