EMail log in endless loop
I'm trying to log into my Cox e-mail account (first time) but when I do the SAML request goes into an endless loop. This occurs in both v56 of Firefox and v61 of Chrome.

I am sorry to hear that you are having problems logging in. Have you tried clearing your cookies and cache? If so, please send us an email to cox.help@cox.com with the account information so that we can ensure there are no issues with the login ID. Please include the URL so that we may identify you.
