email issues

I am dissatisfied with the new email homepage which appeared a few months ago.

1) Why do hotmail messages go to spam folder?

2) Why do I not get a "bounceback" message from postmaster if  a sent message has an error in the address?

3) When I choose "view" attachment nothing happens.  I can only view atachments by downloading them.

4) I have created a group mailing list but can not see how to access it.

    I can certainly understand your frustration with the new email platform and we do want to help. You will want to check your spam and blocked settings to see if you have senders/domains blocked.
