email issues...

I have a contact in Australia that is having trouble sending me any email..

The message he gets bounced back when he tries to send me something is as follows:

This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent has not yet been delivered to one or more of its recipients after more than 48 hours on the queue on hosting.websector.com.au.

The message identifier is:     1dLHjn-0001oQ-R7

The subject of the message is: RE: DM 68 ..no green light

The date of the message is:    Thu, 15 Jun 2017 09:00:09 +0930

The address to which the message has not yet been delivered is:

  simplysound@cox.net

No action is required on your part. Delivery attempts will continue for some time, and this warning may be repeated at intervals if the message remains undelivered. Eventually the mail delivery software will give up, and when that happens, the message will be returned to you.

Does anyone have any guidance on this issue..??

Many Thx

That error is basically saying that the sender's email provider is having trouble finding our mail servers. It may be beneficial to have the sender reach out to their email provider's support and troubleshoot for a possible connectivity problem,.

    TO REDDOG23,

Are you having problems with that email address, as far as others trying to send you messages, or is it just that one Sender in Australia?

Reason I'm asking is that there are a couple of ongoing Forums on Cox.com  addressing others having problems with receiving emails on some of their email addresses, and it's a problem with Cox servers since the migration of Cox to their new email system.
