email from Italy

How do I enable my sister in Florence, Italy to email me using bpreyer@alice.it, rather than be forced to use bpreyer@utexas.edu to be successful.  In other words I am not receiving bpreyer@alice.it through Cox and would like to, rather than force my sister to make a special exception for me.  Happy Holidays, Ben Preyer

    Is she getting any kind of rejection message when she tries to email you? You may also wish to login to webmail and check your settings there for any message rules or block filters.
