Email accounts
All my email accounts list MY NAME in parenthesis along with actual email name. How can I turn that off/fix that? I can not have that....

I recommend checking the settings of webmail under Personalization > Preferences. The first option listed is to edit your name. Let us know if this helps.
- That may be the problem (both secondary users have my name in their profile) however it is not allowing me to save the changes.

Are you signing in with the primary log-in? If not, please sign in with the primary log-in and access the My Profile option. This should allow you to access and modify the secondary log-ins under the Users & Email Accounts.
