E-mail

What is process for adding additional e-mail address. The steps on line do not work, there is no e-mail tab on the internet tools page. Chat support was no help at all

    If you do not see the option for Email / Manage Email Addresses under the internet tools page then you may not be logged into the primary email address on your account. Only the primary email account is able to create secondary email accounts.
