E-mail indicates wrong location

Cox e-mail keeps deciding I live in Atlanta, GA rather than Omaha, NE. I have to enter my ZIP code to get to my e-mail. All is fine for a few days and then it happens again. Very frustrating, expecially because I have to enter my password multiple times.

    As long as the browser is not clearing cookies each session it should hold the information for location. What browser are you using to sign into our site, and do you see the same result over different browsers?
