DVR

I am unable to erase any recordings.  I click on the recorded program, click on erase program, then I get a message

that the program is being deleted.  It stays right there.  Nothing gets erased.  I am approaching 100% usage on

my DVR.  I need to erase programs I have since watched.

    I would recommend unplugging the power to the DVR receiver for 20 seconds. If you're not home at this time, you can also sign-in to our cox website and send a reset signal to all receivers. Below is a bitly link to our website for you to sign in and reset the receiver.
