The old contour you could start a recording 10/15min early now (Contour 2) it's 2 min. Problem is RAI Italian channel sometimes starts their program earlier than posted and miss the beginning of a recorded program. This needs to be extended in order to watch international channels. Very upset wife! Wife wants old system back. Please HELP!!!! Has a 30 min after record which is ok. But we need the start to be early.

I still have the Contour 1. Thanks for the notice about the change in Contour 2. You probably need to record the previous program to make sure you get the entire RAI show.
It seems the start timing is off with RAI Italian. Only way to solve this is to start recording before start time, Sometime shows start 30 min early?? Please extend time from 2 min before start to at least 30min. Like the old DVR.
Recording the show before is so confusing. Want my Contour 1 back.....
