DVR Recording

We are new to Contour and know that we are supposed to be able to record up to 6 programs at once but we are only able to record 2 at once. Is there a DVR setting that we do not know about?

    It is possible that you may be subscribed to a package that is a little bit cheaper and only allows for 2 recordings at once. We can verify if this is the case for you. Send our team an email to cox.help@cox.com with a link to this thread along with your home address.
