DVR Manual

I've just been set up with a Contour DVR and the tech kinda went over the basics of operating it but it seems a bit more complicated then that. Is there such a thing as a manual I can get for my new DVR?

    Yes, you can find it online.  The Contour 1 is a Cisco 9865.   do an online search.  see if you have a Contour 1 or 2 because there is a difference.

    I'm pretty sure mine is the Contour 2
