DVR Display is Blank

The display on my DVR froze at 4:57 pm today.  Everything else seems to be working fine.  TV guide works and it appears to be recording when checking recorded shows with the remote, but there's nothing showing on the front of the DVR box.  I tried unplugging it and plugging it back in, but it's still blank.  Thanks.

    Hi, when disconnecting the power, you'll want to leave it disconnected a full 2 minutes to allow the box to properly power down and reset itself.  Thereafter, reconnect the power cord, and if the display is still not correct please reach out to us on Facebook, Twitter or email us at cox.help@cox.com.  We're available daily 6am - 3am.  We await your response!
