duplication of emails received

there was a recent change in the appearance of the home page for the residential email and since that change, I am receiving duplicates of all emails, can you tell me why this is occurring and how to stop it?

    Duplicated emails on the new Cox email platform are usually a result of pre-existing Inbox filters or rules. To fix the problem, first delete all Inbox rules and filters. You can create, edit, and delete rules for incoming emails from the Mail Filter tab. Once the filters are removed, manually delete the duplicate emails, and then set up the Inbox rules/filters again. This should eliminate duplicate email messages going forward. Please let us know if you have further questions!
