Duplicate Emails since 'upgrade'

Since the supposed upgrade of the Email area, I have been getting duplicate Emails on both my laptop and phone.  Is there a fix for that, or a way to go back to the old format?  Deleting 300+ Emails is a pain in the butt!  I also noticed deleting Emails, it takes 4-5 minutes to reload/update my Emails

    Hi Chvelle,

    1) Please log into your email on our website.
    2) Delete all duplicate emails.
    3) Remove pre-existing inbox filters or rules.
    4) You may re-add filters or rules if you'd like.

    This should eliminate duplicate email messages going forward.

    If you have trouble finding where to delete the filters on the website, here are the steps:

    1) Click on the gear icon located on the top right corner.
    2) On the left hand side, click on the triangle beside Inbox to expand the options.
    3) Click on Filter Rules.
    4) If there are any filters setup, it will be listed in the middle. Please delete each filter by clicking on the trash icon.

    Please monitor your inbox and if the issue continues, please let us know.
