duplicate emails since update

I am getting duplicate emails on my computer and phone for the past 4 days.  I do not have any rules to delete.  I have powered off phone and closed Outlook on computer then checked Cox web mail and still receiving duplicate emails there.  Cox recently updated me to a new email system, could I be receiving emails from your old system and the new system?

    We can take a look at the status of your email account  to see if everything is set up correctly . Please email your account info including name and street address and the email address you are having trouble with to cox.help@cox.com.

    I have exactly the same problem, this is becoming extremely annoying. It has nothing to do with changes on my account settings or my email client as I haven't touched any of those configurations in years.
