DUPLICATE EMAILS, ASKING FOR PASSWORD, NOT RECEIVING SOME EMAILS

In the last month or so I've had several problems.  I use Mozilla Thunderbird as an email client and have never had the issues I've had recently.  Anybody have an answer to any of these?  I've read every forum, support, FAQ, tried several options and nothing works.  

On outgoing emails I keep getting - Enter password - then even when I do enter the password it still will not recognize and send the email.  I have to save the email in Drafts and continually repeat sending.

About a week ago I am now receiving duplicate emails - 2 of every incoming email.

Some people who I've never had a problem with receiving or sending emails say emails they send me are getting bounced back to them with the following:
