Download speed capped at 32mbps
I used to get 50 mbps download with this modem, so I'm confused.
I am using the Motorola SB6121 and its capped at 32mbps.
I have the preferred plan, could someone please check my service settings?

Are you on wifi?
You should be getting 50Mbps +/- 20-25% - so you are close, but you should see times when it's higher. It should average out closer to the 50Mbps.
Test on a wired connection, and bypass your router if possible.
Tested on wired and the problem was router. Thanks for your help
