Cox makes it nearly impossible to downgrade service. You are trapped into bundled deals you don't want. Then you spend an hour trying to wade through the phone service only to be told you have to go in person. Even there at the desk, it's made difficult. Meanwhile, you can increase your bill with a keystroke. You get endless solicitations. On line is easy to make it more expensive. But not the reverse. I'm hoping some bright lawyer brings a class action and tears them up at the PUC. This is a fraudulent business practice, all the worse since this is a utility company. Disgusted, trapped customer. I can't get Comcast or any other provider.
