Double e-mail

Since Cox has revamped its website, I always get 2 copies of every e-mail that is sent to me. A Cox rep told me to clear out the cookies, which I did, but I'm still having the same problem. Is there something that can be done about this? Thanks!

    Are the double emails being delivered to the same email address? I'd also suggest signing into your account and checking your email contact preferences to make sure you haven't unnecessarily specified a preferred email address other than the one you've intended.

    Yes, the double e-mails are sent to the same address. I've checked my e-mail settings & don't see where anything is wrong.
