Does a "Bucket Truck" even exist?

Has anyone seen one of these mysterious Cox "Bucket Trucks"? My service has been out since Dec 4. At least 6 different techs have determined it's not my inside wiring. I've been waiting for a "bucket truck" for over a month now. After all the lies, I believe there is no such thing as a "bucket truck". I believe this is code for "it's not cost effective for Cox to invest in infrastructure, so we'll lie to the customer until she gets wise and stops paying us". Great customer service, Cox!
