Do you have a high ping? Join my CLass Action Lawsuit

So Ive been getting the run around from cox for since Jan because my pings are crazy and its all due to the modem the rent. I have all the proof I need and I'm going to start contacting lawers very soon since the only option cox wants to give is I can always by my own modem. Well, not Im gonna make sure the pay out something

    I'd start by visiting http://192.168.100.1 and posting the signal status info and some of the modem logs if you see those as well. There may be some hints there as to what the problem could be.
