Well, I guess you'll need to now you've posted it on the Internet. You'd better call Cox to change it at 1 (800) 234-3993.

Everything having to do with your Cox account is anchored to your primary login and for that reason it cannot be changed. Secondary logins however can be deleted by signing into our site with the primary login and going to Internet Tools. You can also create a new login while there.
