Data Usage Meter

How the ever living fudge can Cox justify the garbage they are pulling on customer in the last 3 weeks?!?! 

Roll out a data cap, tell us to ration our usage, and then guess what....the fudging Data Usage Meter customer service told me to check doesnt work. 

THE DATA USAGE METER IS DOWN

The 1TB data cap is bull, but then Cox can't even follow through on their bullspit customer service and support.

    For real, how are we supposed to manage our data with the ridiculously low 1tb cap if we cant even use the data meter. I have 5 people in my household all consuming data and now i've got to just guess?
