Data Usage Meter has not worked for months

With all of this talk recently about Cox's new data overage charges, I figured I'd check and see where I stand in usage. A few months ago I started looking at "My Data Usage" on cox.com, and it has NEVER worked.

"We're sorry, an unexpected error has occurred. Please try again. If you need help, contact Customer Care or Live Chat for assistance."

I contact support, only to be told OVER and OVER that they are working on it. For months? Really? I bet it mysteriously begins to work after October 8th, 2017 when that "grace period" ends.
