Data Usage Meter Broken for 2 weeks

Is this a known problem....I seen this error now for at least 2 weeks:

    I continue to have this error, too. It started on August 24. Numerous emails with Cox.help plus responses on this forum have not solved the problem. A forum rep in another thread said the maintenance period was over and the meter should be available as of Sept 2. Well, it is now Sept 7th and no access to Internet Tools. What operating system are you using? I am on OS 10.11.6. the latest for the Mac.

    I get he same error on my Mac and PC....they are server side errors...so it wont matter what OS we are hitting it from. It is all on Cox side....we just need to find somebody who actually cares to fix it or take ownership of the problem.  :(

    My access to Internet Tools has been restored, effective today (Sept 8).
