Damage by installers
I have had service with Cox for approximately 30 years. My home flooded in August and we are now finally to the point of moving back home. The Cox installers put holes in our (new) ceilings and drilled down from the attic into the (new) crown moulding. I have been calling since last week and cannot get a response. I just keep being told by the customer service reps that they will fill out a "form" and "escalate" the issue. Any suggestions?
