cw mp currently unavailable on demand

for the last couple of weeks i have had some tiling happening on my cw mp on demand channel.  i would reset the connection which seemed to make it better but now i can't even access the channel.  Now all that shows up for the last couple of days is "this program is currently unavailable"  when i select the channel.  Any thoughts?

    Hello,

    When you say you reset the connection, are you referring to the cable box? We can try sending a signal refresh from here if you're still having issues. We would just need the account information, can you send an email to cox.help@cox.com? We'll look into this for you.
