I have cleaned all browsers many times it makes no diffrence what so ever. Resetting cable modem does nothing as well. Problem occurs primarily in WI-FI and not when hard wired via ethernet.. I would lie to know which provisioning code number that COX is providing me with as I do not receive IPV6 from COX via my Cable modem which is an Arris SBG6900-AC

- BeckyModeratorHi Fnlnor,
When you refer to the "main" Cox web page, are you using a desktop shortcut, or are you typing in www.cox.net or www.cox.com? You may need to reset your bookmarks.

I am also having the same problem with my computer that has done the Windows 10 Creator 1703 update. All my other computers that still have Windows 10 Version 1607 don't have this problem.

if you're talking about the "to many redirects" error, I'm getting that also. Just started a few days ago. I get the same thing on both my browsers at home and at work.
- ColleenDModeratorHi, everyone.
Please let us know what web address you are using to access the site and the browsers you have tried. If you are using a bookmark or shortcut please try typing www.cox.com in the address bar instead, as there have been some updates to our site which can affect old links.
