Cozi channel 9 KWHB out of Tulsa

Cozi is listed in our "View channel line-up" Great channel love it. Problem is that it is a whole different channel it can have viewed over the air by use of antenna but I can't get many channels because of my location, that is why I chose Cox. At&t has avaliable I know because I had them for a short time and came back to Cox. What is going on?

    https://www.cox.com/residential/tv/channel-lineup.html is a link to our Cox TV lineup and I'm glad to hear you're enjoying Cozi ch. 9. If there is a channel you would like to suggest that is not among our lineup, then we can submit a request for the channel. The digital tuner in your TV may be able to pick up 9.1, however, the Cox receiver doesn't support those channels.
