cox's new email setup

Am I the only one who hates the new setup for email?  I can't delete single emails most of the time, sometimes I can delete several at a time, sometimes when I select the top email to delete the bottom one disappears, doesn't show up anywhere.  Yes I know how to click on the email envelope but that doesn't work. One of my concerns is if I receive an email I do not know the sender and want to delete it without opening it how am I suppose to do that?   As I said I hate it, hate it, hate it.

    Hi Me2017,

You may change the layout of your messages to List so that you don't get a preview of the email you want to delete.  To get the List View, click on View located on the top right of your window, right above Sort By.  Under Layout, click on List.  Then, go back to View, under Options select the Checkboxes so it has check mark beside it.   This will allow checkboxes in the List view so that you can mark the emails you want to delete without opening the email.  Let us know if you have any trouble finding this message layout.

I hate the new setup as well.   All of my mail goes directly to SPAM folder.  I have gone to Settings - Inbox - SPAM and checked no spam filter (something like that) - but still - everything goes directly to my Spam folder.   If there are setting options, then they should work - or be more clear what the setting relates to.   I do not like the change.

    Hi Kcbird123,

Do you have any Filters setup?  Please go to Settings > Inbox > Filter Rules.  A filter may be set up that's causing the incoming mails to go directly to the Spam folder.  Let us know if you're still experiencing the issue.
