cox.com/swap

I found a message about this page, but it was not answered fully, and I am having the same problem as that user.

The instructions found online for swapping in a new cable modem with Cox indicates that the first step is to go to cox.com/swap to inform Cox of your intentions to change modems.  Entering that page  in a browser takes you to https://www.cox.com/residential/home.html.  Where is cox.com/swap, and if it does not exist, (a) why are these instructions still on the Cox site, and (b) are there up-to-date instructions on swapping in a new modem?  Thanks.

    We can help with setting up a new modem. Please send us an email with your full address, make + model of the modem, and the mac id of the modem to cox.help@cox.com
