cox wifi

I am a realtor and have been struggling with your lightning fast internet ever since I received service I have tried everything. I have 3 computers in my office and they all do the same thing. Cox speed test shows everything where it should be. All the other speed tests show it very poor. Email is the worst. I sit and wait for downloads all of the time. There have been short periods of time when it has been what it should be. I can't even work on Saturdays it is so slow. I have a bundle. TV, INTERNET AND PHONE. If I can't get it to work the way it's supposed to I will have to cancel everything and do something different. I can't tell you how frustrating it has been. I am paying for your fastest internet. If you could at least explain to me truthfully what is going on I would appreciate it Michael D. *** *** ****

    I have edited your post to remove your personal information. Are you having issues with an email? If so, do you use an email client or our webmail? Are you having issues with any other site? What speeds are you getting and what other sites are you using to test?
