Cox WiFi Hotspots

I live in Phoenix AZ and most of the hotspots along 19th avenue no longer let me connect. They say my information is not valid even though I can log into the website using the same username and password. The same spots used to work just fine on all my devices but not anymore. More than a little disappointing. Please help fix this.
