COX WEBSITE: SIGN-ON ISSUES & PERFORMANCE ISSUES CONTINUE

FOR SEVERAL MONTHS IT CONTINUES TO BE A HIT-MISS SCENARIO WHETHER OR NOT I CAN SUCCESSFULLY SIGN ON TO THE COX.COM WEBSITE. MOST OF THE TIME IT IDLES IN LIMBO FOR WHAT COULD BE MINUTES TO HOURS IF YOU ACTUALLY HAD NOTHING TO DO  AND CAME BACK TO THE COMPUTER TO CHECK PROGRESS.

YESTERDAY, A CSR GAVE ME A NEW WEBSITE TO TRY. SINCE YESTERDAY I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO SIGN ON RATHER QUICKLY AND , THIS MORNING DID 3 SPEED TESTS FOR PERMANENT RECORDING .  AS OF THIS MINUTE, I AM ABLE TO SIGN ON , BUT SPEEDTEST IS LOCKED. SPEEDTEST FUNCTION DOESN'T WORK VIA THE USUAL LINK.

IT'S FUNNY THAT IT ALWAYS SEEMS TO WORK WHEN IT'S TIME TO PAY THE BILL, (JUST KIDDING).

    The email link you provided will work for customers who have been migrated to the new platform. Please tell me more about what you mean when you say the speedtest is locked.
