What type of browser are you using? Do you have an alternate browser you can test to see if you're getting the same blank page?

Webmail has been glitchy for weeks and this type of advice is a waste. I'm currently getting a "server unavailable" error message as opposed to the interminable hang times experienced intermittently over the past couple weeks. Sending paying customers on wild goose chases with browsers, cookies, etc. won't solve the problem... it isn't something that has magically happened on our ends, it's something at Cox's end.

Interesting that when I click the email link from Phone Tools it takes me to "webmail.east.cox.net"
Also- Cox is still trying to push "paperless" with popups and such... pretty ballsy when their email system is being as glitchy and unreliable as it is. How about Cox do away with that push? You email system is unacceptably unreliable as a means of business notification.

Still hanging at times... cannot get into webmail at present- at all. I've tried several times both from using the link in the phone tools page and logging in though another cox url... both just hang.
This is entirely unacceptable
