Cox Webmail on LAPTOP - When responding cannot see the email being responded to

When I receive an email on my cox account and want to respond using COX webmail on my laptop I am unable to see the email I am responding to, so it very hard to draft a response when you cannot see the original email.

However I do not encounter this issue when I use Samsung Galaxy 6 Smart phone, I can see the email I am responding to on my  cox account.

Appreciate a speedy resolution.
