Cox web site won't load

I can't get cox.com to load on my HP laptop Windows 10, I've tried 3 different browsers (explorer,chrome,Firefox)turned off my firewall (Norton 360 Premier) deleted all cookies reset them to all default settings and still nothing, it works fine on all of my mobile devices (Galaxy s7, iPad 3rd Gen). I called cox they said it was on my end.

    If it's just the one laptop having problems I suspect that is probably where the problem lies. Do you recall if you have installed the Creator's update for Windows 10?

    I checked windows updates and installed the latest one and that fixed the issue. not sure why, all other websites were working except cox
