Cox Throttles Internet Speed
I have been a Cox customer for many years. Just within the last few months, my internet speed has dropped to 0.15 Mbps. A Cox rep says I need to upgrade my Internet service. U-Verse is looking to be a better buy.

What was your prior speed? What speed should you be getting with your plan? What modem or gateway are you using? Was your 0.15Mbps speedtest WiFi or wired? I am sure Cox is not throttling your connection to 0.15Mbps, there is something else going on.
