Cox Survey???

We received this email yesterday saying we contacted Cox, yet not I or my husband did.  Is this legit???

    Hi Cox Survey,

    We do send out emails that asks for your feedback regarding your interaction with us.  Not every interaction with us will generate a survey email  We can check if this particular email is legitimate.  Please send us an email to cox.help@cox.com with your name, the name on the account if different from yours, and your full address.   Please include a link to this post.  Thanks.
