Cox Security Suite installation problem

I downloaded the Cox Security Suite, when I try to install it, I get this message: "We're having trouble installing your MaAfee software. Click OK and wait a moment while we fix the issue. Once fixed, we will automatically continue your installation from where it left off." I click OK, and a few moments later I get the same message again.
