Cox Security Suite Activation

I am trying to activate my Cox Security Suite and continue to get this error message.

We were unable to activate your Cox Security Suite service at this time.

Why???

    When trying to activate Cox Security Suite, are you signed in with your Primary Cox Username?

    I have also been unable to activate the Security Suite, a year ago I was told it was because I have Edge on my computer and it was new, but I'm still unable to get something I am paying for.  My computer meets all of the technical requirements.  I sign in on my primary username.  I follow all the directions.

    Please Email us at Cox.help@cox.com your account info including the following:
    Name
    Full Street address
    Last 4 of ssn
    and cox username you are logging in with to activate the Security suite
